Items Purchased Online: You may return items purchased online for store credit only. You must submit a return request by emailing firstname.lastname@example.org within 2 days of the item being delivered. Once approved you should ship the item back to our store location within 7 days from the date delivered, you are responsible for paying the return postage. If the item is requested to be returned because of an error on our part, such as wrong item received, we will send you a pre-paid shipping label. If the item is being requested to be returned because you feel you received an inauthentic item, we will evaluate it once we receive it back and if proven inauthentic, we will refund the full purchase amount plus the return shipping fee. Items must be returned to us in the condition in which you received it, with our tags still intact, and with all items that were originally included with your item such as dust bag/straps/etc.
Items Purchased In-Store: You may return items purchased in-store for store credit only. Items must be brought back to the store within 7 days of purchase. The only instance where we authorize a refund other than store credit, is if the item is proven to be inauthentic, in which case we refund you 100% of purchase price. Items must be returned to us in the condition in which they left our store, with our tags still intact, and with all items that were originally included with your item such as dust bag/straps/etc.
*Items bought on sale, or items not in the same condition in which they left our possession, Label Society will deem nonreturnable and ineligible for store credit.* This is why we recommend fully evaluating items before purchasing in-store or online. These are pre-owned items and imperfections are to be expected. If you have any questions on a specific item please reach out to us and we'll be more than happy to assist you.
Once your return request is approved, you should expect to receive your credit within 1-2 weeks of us receiving your return. If returned in store, you will receive store credit immediately as long as the item is in original condition, with tags intact.
If you need to return an item, please contact us with your order number and reason for return. We will respond quickly with further instruction.
HOW TO MAKE A CLAIM:
Use our "contact us" form or email us at email@example.com. We will email instructions on how to get your item returned to us for quick processing. The item must be returned within 7 days from the delivery date or in-store purchase in original condition, with all original items included.
We will process your return and if approved, you will receive store credit for the purchased amount.

We protect our customers 100% with our authentication policy. At Label Society, we make every effort to ensure the authenticity of every item we sell. However, if any item is ever proven to be inauthentic we will issue a full refund plus any shipping fees if purchased online.
